Mmmmm, Swedish Pancakes, Yum

Bryn's Swedish Pancake Recipe

1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbls. sugar
2 tbls. melted butter

Beat egg and milk together, then whisk in dry ingredients. Add butter to mixture just before cooking.
Also add butter into each depression of a Swedish pancake pan before pouring mixture. Over medium heat, pour mixture to fill each depression, and flip once to cook each side.
